What is Lagree?

Lagree is slow strength training on a spring-loaded machine called the Mega Pro. Class combines resistance, balance, and core work in one continuous sequence. It is low impact and can still feel intense.

Is Lagree good for beginners?

Yes. Arrive 10 minutes early and tell your coach it is your first class. They will show you the machine and offer options throughout class.

Do I need to be in shape to take class?

No. Start with the option you can control and build from there.

Can I do Lagree if I’m pregnant or injured?

Ask your clinician whether class is appropriate for you before attending. Tell your coach before class. Coaches can explain the options available in class, but they cannot assess or clear an injury or pregnancy.

When should I arrive?

10 minutes early, especially your first time. Check in, meet your instructor, get set up on the machine. Doors close 5 minutes past start time and late arrivals are not permitted, so give yourself a buffer.

How long is class?

Plan for 45 minutes. Check the live schedule for each class time.

What should I wear?

Fitted athletic wear you can move in: leggings or fitted shorts that stay put on the carriage. Grip socks required, no shoes on the machine.

What should I bring?

Yourself, a water bottle, and grip socks [required]. Towel optional but recommended. Everything else is provided.

How does the intro offer work?

New clients get two classes for $39. Use both within 14 days. Grip socks are required. Start here.
