Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout on the Megaformer that targets strength, endurance, balance, and core. It’s designed to give you maximum results in minimum time—think full-body sculpting with zero joint stress.
Lagree is a great low-impact workout, but if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, or recovering from an injury, we strongly recommend getting medical clearance from your doctor before taking class.
Please let your instructor know before class so they can offer appropriate modifications for certain injuries or stages of pregnancy.
Absolutely! Classes are designed for all fitness levels. Instructors provide modifications so you can challenge yourself safely, whether it’s your first class or your 100th.
Nope! Lagree meets you where you are. Beginners can start at their own pace, and advanced students can ramp up the intensity. Everyone leaves feeling stronger and accomplished.
Please arrive 10 minutes early, especially if it’s your first time. This allows time to check in, meet your instructor, get set up on the Megaformer, and ask any questions before class begins.
Doors close at 5 minutes past the start time, and late arrivals will not be permitted, so we recommend giving yourself a little buffer.
Bring yourself, a water bottle, and grip socks (required). Towel optional but recommended. That’s it—everything else you need is provided!
